今月は新講師7名のご紹介です！11月の Employee of the Month受賞の Hina先生は AMI-Quebecへの寄付を選択されました。

We've added 7 new teachers this month! And our Employee of the Month is Hina—she's donating her award money to AMI-Quebec.

Employee of the Month: Caroline先生

Caroline先生は The English Farm に加わって一年未満にもかかわらず、多大なる活躍をしています。 先生の教育指導スキルと親しみやすさは、大勢の生徒から支持を得ており、またスタッフ会議、トレーニング、講師間の談話にも積極的に参加する先生は、TEFチームにもなくてはならない存在です。
先生は、Alabama branch of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) への寄付を選択されました。下記、先生からのコメントです。

Alabama は美しい私の故郷ですが、住民は助けを必要としています。 ACLU は、人権や刑事司法を支援し、Alabama 住民の政治的権利を尊重し、確保できるようにする重要な役割をしています。

Dan は The English Farm のデベロッパーとしてもう何年も貢献してくれています。基本的に Dan 無くして、当 TEFサイトは成り立ちません！コンピューターのスーパーヒーローとしてだけでなく、信頼性が常に高く TEFサイトの問題に迅速に対応してくれます。 本当に私たちは彼無しでは活動できません。

New course: International Negotiations

We are pleased to announce an addition to our course offerings. International Negotiations is a short, impactful guide to negotiating in English. There are 10 units covering all aspects of the process, from building the relationship to closing the deal. If you ever do negotiations in English in an international setting, this is the course for you!

Employee of the Month Award: Aki

Aki Tanaka は、サポート対応だけでなく私たちTEFスタッフの給与管理から経営関連手続きなど多くのことに励んでくれる、まさに縁の下の力持ちです。私たちは Aki なしでは機能できません！ Aki は、COVID-19の脅威にさらされている人びとに対して国内外問わず支援活動を行う団体「Peace Winds Japan」への寄付を選択されました。下記、Aki からのコメントです。

コロナ禍の中、日本の最前線で人々の命を守るために全力を尽くされている医療従事者の方々を支援をしているこの団体に寄付します。一日も早い終息をお祈りしています。

Employee of the Month Award:  Aki

Aki Tanaka is our behind-the-scenes genius, handling payroll and support issues, as well as most of the administrative tasks at TEF. We could never function without you Aki! For her charity donation, Aki has chosen Peace Winds Japan, a humanitarian organization that has responded to the COVID-19 crisis with hygiene training and supplies around the world. In her words,
