Nice to meet you! I'm Daniela, and I'm here to help you learn a new language, develop your communication skills, and broaden your cultural and intellectual horizons. 

I was born in Argentina, but I’m now living in Madrid, Spain. Though I love teaching,  I’m also a writer. Whenever I’m not in front of the classroom, I like spending my time working on my writing projects. I’m into fiction, especially fantasy and sci-fi short stories and novels. Also, I’m passionate about traveling. I just love learning about other languages and cultures, becoming familiar with their customs and trying out their local cuisine. I see life as an adventure and as a book to be written every day, as well.

I have had the good fortune of spending my early youth in South Africa before moving to Brunei Darussalam. I subsequently completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design at an Australian university where my first teaching job was with refugees. This experience led me to do TESOL training in Brisbane and I now spend more time teaching English than doing Design. As a result of my having moved around so much, I have been exposed to people of all creeds and cultures. I believe my background makes me an ideal choice for anyone seeking to improve their English within a short space of time.

My name is Marilla and I am a fully-qualified English language teacher, working as such since 2003.  I used to be a publicity coordinator and writer for the BBC, where a high standard of English language knowledge was essential. My English accent is BBC-approved, too, clear and precise, without regional dialect. This is ideal when practising pronunciation and learning English in general.

I am now fairly experienced in teaching GBC and other specific examination courses. My name is Pamela and I'm an English language teacher from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I have been teaching at The English Farm since 2018 and, more recently, I have taken on the role of corporate account manager and business development representative.

Teaching English brings me joy. I love meeting new people and helping them reach their personal and professional goals through language improvement. I worked in business for 6 years before becoming a full-time teacher. I held roles such as senior account executive (sales), import coordinator, assistant buyer, and assistant manager. Even then, I loved teaching English! I liked it so much that I did it in a freelance capacity after my 9-5 job. Eventually, I decided to leave the corporate world and get my certification to work as a full-time teacher, and I am so happy that I did! I would love to meet you and help you gain confidence, improve your fluency, become more accurate with grammar, and expand your vocabulary, among other things.

I moved to Japan in 2019 from the UK and now live in the countryside near Takasaki in Gunma, with my wife and two dogs. I work full time as an English language teacher and in my spare time, I am refurbishing the house we have bought.

I was born and educated in England but have lived in Sri Lanka for many years where I have been working on a charity project teaching English to students unable to afford classes. It has been both a highly rewarding and fascinating experience teaching students from many different cultural backgrounds. My classes have included students from China, Japan, Myanmar and Bangladesh who are often Buddhist monks and nuns who come to Sri Lankan universities to study religious texts using English as their common language.

I have five children. Two of them are still of school age. I also have a two year old grandson.

I’m Jenefer. I am a Licensed Professional Teacher. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Education majoring in Social Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Marketing Management.
