Employee of the Month: Caroline
Caroline hit the ground running when she joined the TEF team less than a year ago. She quickly gained a large following of loyal students with her teaching skills and approachability, and she instantly became an integral part of the TEF team. We've come to rely on her active presence at staff meetings, trainings, and Water Cooler conversations. Caroline has chosen to donate her award money to the Alabama branch of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). She explains:
My sweet home Alabama is a beautiful place, but its citizens could use some help. ACLU is doing important work that supports racial and criminal justice and empowers the people of Alabama to fully exercise their political rights.
