Style guide for JP version:

1. When you translate a news post, the JP post gets a different url. We have to change it so it looks like this:
   En: https://theenglishfarm.com/news/kevin-gives-his-support-dementia-resear…
   Jp: https://theenglishfarm.com/ja/news/kevin-gives-his-support-dementia-research
   .
   Please make sure the url has been edited (how to edit the URL)
2. There are 4 parts that are almost always the same (except for names). Please keep them consistent.
   .
   A. The title is always "Employee of the Month Award: 〇〇先生". 「先生」以外は半角英数字です（「：」の後も半角スペースで）
   
   B. 〇〇先生は △△ への寄付を選択しました。
   .
   If there is a Japanese link, please link to the Japanese. If there is no JP link, use the English. 
   .
   Spacing:
   寄付先（△△）を日本語で書く場合、通常通りスペース無しで書いてください。
   例：〇〇先生は世界保健機関への寄付を選択しました。
   .
   寄付先（△△）を英語で書く場合、△△の周りに半角スペースを入れてください。
   例：〇〇先生は L'Arche Ottawa への寄付を選択しました。
   .
   C. 下記は、〇〇先生からのコメントです。
   .
   「、」の後に半角スペースはいりません（十分スペースがあるから）。先生の名前と日本語の「先生」の間にもスペースはいりません（繋げて読むから）。
   .
   D. 新しいユーザーのために一番下にこれを入れてください。
   .
   *Employee of the Month Award とは：継続的に素晴らしい貢献をしてくれる講師やスタッフに向けた賞で、受賞者は The English Farm を代表して、当月の寄付先を選択することができます。
   .
   And please make sure there are no weird spaces in between after you press save (sometimes it looks fine in the editing box, but when you look at the finished product, it adds weird spaces). This is what it should look like:
   
    
3. 先生のコメントは下記の様にコメントボックス (quotes?) に入れてください。

   編集ボックスのこの↓ボタンで出せます。
   
4. Spacing 
   A. 基本的には英語の周りは見やすい様に半角スペースを両サイドに置いてください。
   例：3月の Employee of the Month Award* は…
   .
   B. 「、」等の句読点（かっこも含む）の前や後は半角スペースはいりません。（前や後に句読点が無ければ半角スペースを入れてください）
   例：3月の Employee of the Month Award* は、The English Farm で大きな役割を果たし…
   .
   C. 先生の名前と「先生」はくっつけてください。（名前の前は半角スペースあり）
   例：ぜひ Di先生のレッスンを受けてみてください。
   Di先生は L'Arche Ottawa への寄付を選択しました。（文の冒頭はスペース必要なし）
   下記は、Di先生からのコメントです。（句読点の後なので、スペース必要なし）
