3 Schedule
III. SCHEDULE
1. Access
- Get to your schedule by clicking "Schedule" button at the top of the page. You will be brought to your own schedule. The whole schedule is in your local time. Your timezone will be listed at the bottom of the schedule. Make sure it is correct.
2. Color significance
- Blue: you have at least one lesson booked for that day
- Green: you are available, but have no bookings
- Blank: you are not available or the day has already passed
3. The breakdown of a specific day
- Booked slots: the following info will be listed:
- When the lesson is (in your local time)
- Student's name (click on their name to be taken to their student profile - more on student profiles later).
- Student contact info:
- A link to the student's Skype ID
- A link to send the student an email
- Option to cancel the lesson. It is best to avoid having to cancel a lesson. However, if you have to please don't do this without talking to the student first (more on this later)!
- Available slots. Options:
- Leave the slot open for bookings.
- Click "Edit" to:
- Close the slot to make yourself unavailable.
- Book yourself for another paid task (content creation, training, etc.)
- Book a lesson for a student.
- Opening unavailable slots:
- At the top of the right-hand side, click "+ add new slot" to open a slot that is outside of your regular working hours.
- Other teachers' schedules:
- Click on another teacher's icon to see another teacher's schedule. Click on a day in the teacher's schedule to see when/who they are teaching.
