Our restrictions (reframing)
We have our restrictions, but it's important to reframe things in a positive light. Anything can work in your favor if you are creative enough.
We are small (a boutique school)
Restrictions:
- Less teachers than some other schools.
- We have to ask ourselves, "do we have enough teachers to serve this client's needs and keep them happy? How many more teachers would we need?"
Pros:
- We have choice and values. We are selective with our teachers (people with high academic backgrounds, professional experience, and/or teaching experience) and our clients. We want to work with good people and organizations because we want to make the world a better place by helping those people.
Confidentiality
Restrictions:
We cannot tell students who our clients are.
Pros:
- We take confidentiality seriously.
- Companies can protect their privacy.
- We are trustworthy because:
1. we know how to keep secrets (both as an organization and in our individual lessons. What students tell us about their companies or businesses, we don't repeat elsewhere); and
2. we are secure enough in our business and don't need to plaster our site walls with company logos. People who leave our major client to do other work come back to us because they love our service that much and know they can trust us.
