Point priorities

Refund points get used first. Then the points that expire first get used.

Never put an expiry on refund points. This will break the system, and because the points get used first anyway, it is not required.

E.g. If a BCG student has term points that expire on June 30th, and you give them an individual point that expires on August 5th, the term points get used up first. Conversely, if the individual point expires on April 25th, the individual point gets used up first. 

Refunding a corporate point after the LR has been sent

• You have to give it back manually. (Go to the top right-hand corner of the site and type "Add points." You will see a tab that says "Configuration: Add points transaction". Click that and from that page, write the student's ID, the number of points, and click their corporate term points.)
• You have to edit the LR and make sure you click "refund" for the lesson so the student doesn't get penalized.
