Sometimes life is hard. And sometimes, life is really hard. When it feels like things are never going to get easier, then you can say: "This too shall pass." Do you remember the last problem you had? Did it (the problem) eventually get easier? Just like it did then, this one will, too.
Two things can be really helpful during difficult times: routine and deep breathing. Taking English lessons a few times a week is a great thing to add to your routine!
