Training breaks down into three components:
- systems—how to use the website, schedule and the basic processes and responsibilities a teacher has.
- teaching—techniques, lesson style and how to approach the curriculum.
- culture—how The English Farm works, how we work with each other, and what students expect from their teacher.
Once you have completed all three phases, you will have a one-to-one meeting and then be added to the schedule.
You are paid for all training at your per lesson rate. Make sure you keep a record of hours spent training. Once you are given full teacher access, you can book your training time into your schedule to ensure you are paid.
