Interview process
Interviews for hiring
Two interviews are to be conducted for all promising applicants. The interviews should be done by two different staff members. Each interview should last about thirty minutes. The first interview is a “fit and personality” interview to see if the applicant has the sort of personality that exudes professionalism, reliability, cultural awareness, tact, and congeniality. The second interview will dive deeper into their knowledge of the English language as well as their teaching skills. Read more about each interview below:
