This module will take about one hour to complete.
It will cover the breakdown of a 25-minute lesson, the goals to achieve in each section and strategies for achieving them.
In short, a lesson should look like this:
- 2-3 minutes: short but memorable introductions
- 5-10 minutes: teaching value-added language or style
- 10-15 minutes: practicing that language or style
- 1-2 minutes: recap, cool down, setting homework and goodbyes
We'll go into detail about the goals and then work on effective strategies that suit your teaching style.
