Notes
The layout of this book makes reading it in PDF a little difficult because some articles and picture sets spread across two pages. If the pages are next to each other, then this looks fine, but in the scrolling version you will have to jump to the next page. Check pages 20 and 21 for an example.
Special note: This textbook leans on factual yes/no questions rather than open conversational questions. The next level Upper Intermediate is much easier to teach and more interesting for the students. If possible, recommend the next level. If your student does choose this book, bear in mind that you will have to add a lot of questions and conversation topics yourself.
