We did

"We did" is like the table of contents. You can get specific.

It's a good idea to use verbs to record what the student did. Students can (and should) approach the same material differently as their skills improve. The following actions indicate a different approach to the same material. 

  • Learned... 
  • Practiced... 
  • Reviewed...

"We did" can also help you when writing progress reports at the end of the term, and help the student understand all the things they should be capable of when they look back.
