Bug in calendar invite for booked lesson

Hi everyone,

I am sorry that some of you are having trouble with the ics files (the calendar invite file) that are attached to lesson booking messages. This means you can have problems adding lessons to your calendar. The issue seems to be limited to Outlook (if you are having trouble with other calendar software, like Google Calendar, please contact us and let us know).

This issue caused a brief site crash last weekend, and we put in a temporary fix while we look for a better solution.

We are aware of the new problem, and I am sure we will fix it before too long.
