Hello everyone,
Our Employee of the Month award* for July goes to a teacher who has taught the most lessons out of all our current teachers at The English Farm—Aditya! He is rock solid and reliable, always willing to put in the time and energy to teach even in our busiest seasons. A constant learner, we never fail to see him at our internal staff meetings and workshops. And whether it is a Skype message, a one-to-one meeting, or a group meeting, Aditya is always pleasant and likeable, showing respect to everyone he talks to.
Aditya is incredibly helpful as well! Sometimes he shows this by using his English to help students grow accustomed to Indian English so they can effectively do business overseas. Other times, he helps by using his academic background in IT to help us with computer trouble or reporting things he notices to improve our site. He has also written discussion posts such as Agreement between India and Japan and World's richest man: Jeff Bezos.
Aditya has chosen to donate to Teach for India.

I believe that everyone should have the right to education and it is the only way we would be able to make the world a better place. Hence, I chose this charity.
