I am a British born English teacher, now living in Devon.  I have over twenty years of English Language teaching experience, six years online.  I hold a Masters Degree in Medieval English Language and Literature and am CELTA certified.  I am experienced in teaching General English, Business English, Exam Preparation (IELTS) and English for Academic Purposes.  I also have significant experience of working in both the Pharmaceutical and Publishing industries, so I understand the importance of being able to communicate effectively with customers in business.  In my lessons, I like to focus on helping my students develop natural and native-like pronunciation, intonation, vocabulary and phrases. Although my lessons are always goal-orientated, I believe that learning a language should also be fun. 

In my spare time I enjoy running, reading and current affairs.
