Whatever you want to achieve in learning English I will do my best to help. If you want to learn about the British culture or you want to improve your professional communication I can give you the opportunity to do so. Most importantly, I can support your linguistic needs whatever they may be.
I have a wealth of experience in teaching international students and I enjoy sharing the culture of the UK. I also have a strong background in project management and commercial development. This enables me to have an understanding of both your linguistic and your professional needs.
I am married and I have four adult children and I have a granddaughter.
I have been a semi professional musician for over 40 years. I also write children’s fiction both in text and audio versions.
I look forward to sharing some of my experience and culture with you.
I am an English teacher with over 35 years experience of teaching English as a Foreign Language to adults and professionals. I also have 18 years experience of teaching English first language and literature including analysis of Shakespeare and poetry.
My focus is on addressing your needs and I will determine to find a way to ensure that I can support them.
I have set up and established a number of British Council recognised educational organisations including three language schools and the Distance Learning Division of the Chartered Insurance Institute. I have also designed and implemented a number of successful online learning systems for professionals.
I have a B.A. (Hons) Combined Studies Physics, Maths and Design Technology, Education, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education; TEFL and Communication Studies and Diploma and MA in linguistics.
My professional qualifications include the Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance and the Financial Planning Certificate.
